It is submitted that in view of the Advocate's letter dated 2.9.2016, counsel for the petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit so far.
It is further submitted that Ms. Pratibha Jain, Advocate for the petitioner has on 30.9.2016 filed an Application for substitution to bring on record the LRs. of deceased sole petitioner which is within time. She has also filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of all the legal heirs of deceased sole petitioner. But the same is defective for the reason that she has not filed death certificate of the deceased sole petitioner. Unregistered application is being circulated herewith.
