Four weeks time is given to the respondent No. 2 to file the counter affidavit.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent No. 3.

As per postal tracking report notice has been returned back undelivered as the whereabouts of Respondent No.1 is not known. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file fresh particulars of the respondent No. 1 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.
