Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in spite of his best efforts he is not in a position to get the fresh addresses of respondents no.15, 16 & 22 and as per the addresses given in the special leave petition the said respondents were residents of Jayanagar, Bangalore.

As prayed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is permitted to serve notice upon respondents no.15, 16 & 22 through substituted service one in English daily and another in vernacular/Kannada daily having wide circulation in Bangalore.

List the matter after eight weeks before the Court. In the meanwhile needful be done.
