It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. R.C. Kaushik, Advocate on 11.07.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 18.02.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 9081 of 2014 (O & M).

It is further submitted that SLP (C) CC No.14520 of 2016 Entitled Ashok Kumar Versus State of Haryana & Ors. arising out of common Order was listed on 08.08.2016 by Hon'ble Court and directed to stand over to 05.09.2016. (Copy of order dated 08.08.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order dated 06.08.2016, notification dated 02.05.2007, 30.04.2008, award dated 28.01.2010 and exhibits. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 09.08.2016 (Letter is enclosed in paper books at page no.72) stating therein that the same are not required and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
