Issue notice.
Mr. Gaurav Juneja, learned counsel, appears for M/s Khaitan & Co., AOR, accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No. 1, who may Solution & Counter affidavit in four weeks.
As stated by learned counsel on both sides, notice is not required to be issued on other respondents.
The parties are directed to maintain status quo**, as it exists today, with respect to possession, until further orders. The boundary wall, which is under construction, shall be completed under the joint supervision of the parties without prejudice to the rights of the parties and it will not create any equity in favour of any party.**
