UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER The issue involved in the instant SLP is the similar to one involved in Civil Appeal No.7823/2014 (Bhuwalka Steel Industries Ltd. v. Union of India) which stood referred to a Larger Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 24.3.2017 reported in (2017) 5 SCC 598.

In the circumstances, issue notice and list the matter alongwith Civil Appeal No.7823/2014.
