Krishna Prasad,Adv. 2 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) No. 19235/2016 SLP(C) No. 19230/2016 1. These two special leave petitions are filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the judgment dated 17.3.2015 of a learned Single Judge of the Karnataka High Court. It is a judgment rendered pursuant to an earlier Order dated 13.8.2014 of this Court in Civil Appeal Nos.7825/2014 and 7824/2014. 2. By the said Order, i.e. 13.8.2014, two Civil Appeal Nos.7824/2014 and 7825/2014 were allowed along with certain other appeals, with which we are not concerned, setting aside the judgment under appeal therein and remitting the matters to the file of the Karnataka High Court ⬠Sfor fresh hearing and disposal in accordance with law.⬠\235 3. However, the above-mentioned Order dated 13.8.2014 itself came to be recalled by another Order of this Court dated 12.7.2016 passed in two IAs filed in two Review Petitions nos. 2706/2015 and 2707/2015 filed respectively in the above-mentioned two appeals. 4. By an Order dated 12.7.2016, this Court recalled the Order of remand dated 13.8.2014 and restored the appeals to their original numbers, to be listed along with Civil Appeal 7823/2014. 5. In the circumstances, the subsequent Order of the judgment of the High Court dated 17.3.2015 which is the subject matter of 3 SLP(C) No.19230/2016 and SLP(C) No. 19235/2016 is rendered simply
redundant. Therefore, we do not see any reason to examine the legality or otherwise of the said judgment. As a consequence, SLP(C) No.19235/2016 and SLP(C) No.19230/2016 have become infructuous. SLP(C) No.19235/2016 and SLP(C) No. 19230/2016 are
accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. CIVIL APPEAL NO(s). 7823 OF 2014 CIVIL APPEAL NO(s). 7825 OF 2014 CIVIL APPEAL NO(s). 7824 OF 2014 These matters were heard in part. List these matters for further hearing on 1 st February, 2017 as first part heard. (DEEPAK MANSUKHANI) (RAJINDER KAUR) AR-cum-PS Court Master
