UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The prayers made in I.A. No. 2 of 2015 are as under : "a) Direct/declare that the order dated 11.07.2008 passed by the High Court of Karnataka in W.P. 30025 of Signature Not Verified 2008 is applicable to the Petitioner Digitally signed by Company as a whole and all its manufacturing units including the Charanjeet Kaur Date: 2015.11.16 17:18:15 IST Reason: Hubli Unit. b) Direct the Respondents No. 3 and 4 from taking any coercive steps in 2 terms of the notice dated 10.09.2015 issued by the Assistant Commissioner, Central Excise, Hubli. c)....." In our opinion, the aforesaid prayers deserve

to be granted and are granted, with liberty to make an appropriate application for modification/vacation

of this order, if need arises.
