UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Perusal of Rule 3 and 4 of Order XXXVIA of Supreme Court Rules, 1966 indicates that whenever a case is sought to be transferred at the instance of any party then it is his duty to supply complete set of paper books . In the present matter, it appears that the matter is lingering for filing of complete set of papers books as required under the rules.

The ld. Counsel for the respondent who has sought transfer of the case has to do the needful by 1.4.2013 failing which matter to be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders.
