UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Nobody is present for the petitioner in TP(C) Nos.16 and 16 of 2011. The ld. Advocate appearing in TC(C) Nos. 22 and 34 of 2010 and some other petitions has pointed out that there are further connected TPs, SLPs and TCs. He has given a list of such connected matters. Registry has to verify such matters and to take appropriate steps as per rules.

In TP(C) No. 15 and 16 of 2011, petitioner has to take appropriate steps to confirm service of unserved respondents. Call for the status of service from the concerned Court in the concerned TP/SLP.
