Ld. Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 4 has filed counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 9 has not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity, further opportunity stands declined.

As a last opportunity, four weeks' time is granted to the Ld. counsel for respondent nos. 6 and 7 for filing counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on respondent nos. 8, 10 and 11 but none has entered appearance so far.

Ld. Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 submitted that complete set of pleadings has not been served. As a last opportunity, ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve complete set of pleadings within one week and file proof thereof. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.

Service of notice is complete on respondent nos. 5, 6, 8 and 9 but none has entered appearance so far.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner requested for time to take fresh steps. Strictly last opportunity is granted for taking the fresh steps within one week, as prayed for. If filed within one week notice be issued immediately and list the matter before this court on 07.05.2019 else Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders.
