UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the respondent-husband submits that an opportunity may be given to the parties to have their matrimonial dispute resolved through the process of mediation. He submits that respondent is ready and willing to pay the travelling and other incidental expenses of the petitioner for her travelling from Bhagalpur, Bihar to Delhi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner-wife has no objection. Having regard to above, we refer the matter to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The parties shall appear before the Co ordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre on February 16, 2013 at 11 a.m. The Co-ordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre shall submit his report within two months of the appearance of the parties. The above order is subject to respondent paying a sum of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) to the petitioner by way of Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque/Pay Order so as to reach the petitioner at her residential address as stated in the transfer petition on or before January 28, 2013.
