The Writ Petitions above-mentioned were listed alongwith connected matters before the Hon'ble Court on 22.07.2016 alongwith office report dated 20.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Learned counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents state, that they have no objection if IA No. 4 in Writ Petition (C) No. 711 of 2015, and IA No. 3 in Writ Petition (C) No. 720 of 2015 are allowed.

Accordingly, IA No. 4 in Writ Petition (C) No. 711 of 2015, IA No. 3 in Writ Petition (C) No. 720 of 2015 are allowed, in terms of the prayer made. Amended memo has already been filed.

Liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the respondents in Writ Petition (C) No. 230/2016 to file their respective counter affidavit within four

weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. Post for hearing after eight weeks, on a day other than Monday and Friday."

The Amended Cause Title stands included in paper books of both the matters.

W.P. (C) 720 of 2015

It is submitted that Mr. Jayant Mohan, Advocate has on 06.08.2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 31, i.e. Mr. Rajesh Timblo and M/s. Parekh & Co. Advocates have on 23.08.2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 14, i.e. Mr. Vijay V. Chowgule. Both the documents stand included in the paper books.

W.P. (C) 711 of 2015

It is submitted that M/s. Parekh & Co. Advocates have on 23.08.2016 filed Counter Affidavit alongwith Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 45, i.e. Mr. Vijay V. Chowgule and the same stands included in the paper books.

The Writ Petitions alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
