"Petitioners in the special leave petitions are permitted to file the special leave petitions.

Delay condoned in SLP(C)...../2015 CC Nos.18038-18066/2015.

Issue notice in all the petitions.

The petitioners undertake to furnish one set of each paper book, in each of the matters, in the office of the Director (Mines), Goa by 2.00 p.m. on 18.11.2015.

The learned Advocate General, Goa undertakes to serve all the unserved respondents by 19.11.2015, either through the representatives of the concerned mining lessees, or through the learned counsel who represented the said mining lessees before the High Court. The learned Advocate General, Goa, and learned counsel representing the caveators, undertake to file counter affidavits positively on or before 1.12.2015. All other parties shall also file their counter affidavits on or before 1.12.2015, with the clear stipulation, that no further time shall be granted for filing counter affidavits after 1.12.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertake to file rejoinder affidavit, if any, by 8.12.2015. List for final hearing on 09.12.2015, at the top of the Board."
