UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Relying upon the photographs appended with the application seeking modification of the previous orders, it is urged by learned Senior Counsel for the contesting respondents that there is a running Retail Outlet at the acquired site and this fact was duly conceded by the appellant before the High Court.
2. Faced with this, Mr. Sanjay Poddar, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant seeks and is granted two weeks' time to have instructions.
