UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

SLP(C) No. 36479/2014

Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of

respondent nos. 1 and 7.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos. 2, 4 and 6 to file counter affidavit.

Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent no. 8.

Service of notice of alternative arrangement is complete on respondent no. 5, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Respondent no. 3 has been deleted from the array of parties.

IA for substitution has been filed in respect of deceased respondent no. 9. Same is barred by time. However, delay is exempted, in view of Hon'ble Courts Order dated 10.01.2022, passed in M.A. No. 21/2022. Hence, IA allowed. Registry to proceed.

SLP(C) No. 33807/2014

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos. 1 to 5 to file counter affidavit.

Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 7 and 9.

Service of notice of alternative arrangement is complete on respondent no. 6, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

IA for substitution has been filed in respect of deceased respondent no. 8, who is common respondent no. 9 in connected matter i.e. SLP(c) No. 36479/2014. Two weeks time to file separate IA for substitution.
