The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 16.06.2014 passed by the High Court of Karnataka, Gulbarga Bench in RSA No. 7126/2008.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 11 days in Special Leave Petition filed against Order dated 16.06.2014 passed in RSA No. 7126/2008.

The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 16.06.2014 passed by the High Court of Karnataka, Gulbarga Bench in RFA No. 1317/2007.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition CC.. No. 18906 of 2014 and the instant matter arising out of same issue and filed against same respondents and have been tagged together.

It is submitted that there was a delay of 50 days in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by the Additional Registrar of SecIB.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
