It is further submitted that the name of Mr. C.K. Sasi, Advocate has been shown in the Cause List.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 1.5.2017 filed affidavit to place on record additional documents alongwith Annexures P9 to P16 with Prior Permission of the Hon'ble Court. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith.
