This Court had granted ad interim relief on 08.05.2017, whereby the interim arrangement as it operated during the pendency of the appeal before the High Court was to continue.

The contesting respondent(s) have no objection to continue the said arrangement provided the entire establishment is covered under the Central Scheme.
