UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Method Verified Interlocutory Application No.98759/2024 has been filed for bistituting the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner No.3.

$\mathbf{2}$ . Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if the said IA is allowed.

3. Hence, the IA is allowed and the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner No.3 are brought on record.

4. Amended Cause Title be furnished within one week from today.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Interlocutory Application No.5390/2022 (for impleadment) and Interlocutory Application No.229683/2023 (for permission to file additional affidavit giving better particulars in IA No.5390/2022), with a view to file appropriate proceedings as may be permissible under the law.

6. Permission to withdraw the said Interlocutory Applications is granted.

7. The IAs are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

8. List the SLP after ensuing Summer Vacation.
