"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on the sole respondent in SLP(C)NO.6269,6278,6292,6300,6306,6329,6330,6347,6348, 6375,6376, 6391,6392,6403,6404 of 2015 within two weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued.

Sole respondent in SLP(C) No. 6262, 6264, 6266, 6267, 6268,6270,6271,6272,6273, 6274,6276,6277,6279 to 6291,6293 to 6296,6298,6301 to 6305,6307 to 6310,6312 to 6316,6319, 6320, 6323 to 6328,6331 to 6340,6343 to 6346,6349 to 6374,6377 to 6384,6387,6388,6393 to 6402, 6405 to 6412,6415 to 6420 of 2015 is granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

None appears for the sole respondent in SLP(C) NO.6263,6365,6375,6297,6299,6311,6317,6318,6321,6322,63 41, 6342,6385,6386,6389,6390,6413,6414 of 2015 despite due service.

List again on 27.9.2016."

There is sole respondent in all the 159 matters (i.e. SLP(C) Nos. 6262-6420 of 2015). Service of notice on sole respondent is incomplete in 15 matters (i.e. SLP(C) Nos. 6269, 6278, 6292, 6300, 6306, 6329, 6330, 6347, 6348, 6375, 6376, 6391, 6392, 6403 and 6404 of 2015).

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued on 06.09.2016 to all the sole respondent in 15 matters i.e. SLP(C) Nos. 6269, 6278, 6292, 6300, 6306, 6329, 6330, 6347, 6348, 6375, 6376, 6391, 6392, 6403 and 6404 of 2015. As per tracking report, notice on sole respondent in 9 matters i.e. SLP (C) Nos. 6269, 6300, 6306, 6329, ,6330, 6391, 6392, 6403 and 6404 of 2015, has been delivered in Rohini Sector 15 instead of Rohini Sector 18 (address of respondents). Copy of the tracking report is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that service of notice is incomplete on sole respondent in SLP(C) Nos. 6278, 6292, 6347, 6348, 6375 and 6376 of 2015, as per tracking report. (Copy of the tracking report is enclosed herewith)

It is further submitted that Mr. Avinash Gautam, Advocate has filed vakaltnama on behalf of sole respondents in 126 matters (i.e. SLP(C) Nos. 6262, 6264, 6266, 6267, 6268, 6270, 6271, 6272, 6273, 6274, 6276, 6277, 6279 to 6291, 6293 to 6296, 6298, 6301 to 6305, 6307 to 6310, 6312 to 6316, 6319, 6320, 6323 to 6328, 6331 to 6340, 6343 to 6346, 6349 to 6374, 6377 to 6384, 6387, 6388, 6393 to 6402, 6405 to 6412 and 6415 to 6420 of 2015) but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that A.D. cards have been received back on behalf of sole respondent in 18 matters (i.e. SLP(C) Nos. 6263, 6265, 6275, 6297, 6299, 6311, 6317, 6318, 6321, 6322, 6341, 6342, 6385, 6386, 6389, 6390, 6413 and 6414 of 2015) but no one has entered appearance so far.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Report.
