The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 22nd January, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent Nos. 2,4,8,14,17,31,36,38,39,45 and 50 within three weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

Remaining respondents are duly represented. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to supply complete set of pleadings to the ld. Counsels for the remaining respondents within two weeks time. Counter affidavit by the remaining respondents be filed within four weeks thereafter.

List again on 7.4.2016."

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued on 17.02.2016 to Respondent Nos.2, 4, 8, 14, 17, 31, 36, 38, 39, 45 and 50. Neither A.D. card nor unserved covers have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Abhinav Mukherji, Advocate for the Petitioner, has not filed proof of service of pleadings to the Counsel for the Respondent so far.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Avinash Gautam, Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 5 to 7, 9 to 13, 15, 16, 18 to 30, 32 to 35, 37, 40 to 44, 46 to 49 and 51 to 53, has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice in respect of Respondent Nos.2, 4, 8, 14, 17, 31, 36, 38, 39, 45 and 50 is incomplete.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Report.
