The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th February, 2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-
"List the matters after two weeks. Learned counsel for the parties are permitted to file joint memo of settlement, in the meanwhile."
It is submitted that Mr. Vikas Kumar, Advocate has on 23-02-2017 filed Joint application for divorce by mutual consent after serving its copy on the other side which has been registered as I. A. No. 4 of 2017. He has not filed the separate settlement deed but he has mentioned the terms of the settlement as para 4(A) to 4(H) at page nos. 2 to 4 of the I.A.. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
Service of show cause notice is complete in both the matters.
The matters above-mentioned alongwith application are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
