UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Civil Appeal Nos. 2663,2664,2679 and 2681 of 2017

Vide order dated 19.04.2023, learned counsel for the respondent(s) was granted two weeks' time to file vakalatnama/appearance. However, it is not filed till date.

Two weeks' further time is granted to the learned counsel for the respondent(s) to file vakalatnama/appearance.

Notice for making alternative arrangement had been sent to the appellant(s) in Civil Appeal Nos. 2663, 2664, 2679 of 2681 of 2017. However, in Civil Appeal No. 2663 of 2017, service of notice on appellant No. 2 is not complete due to unserved cover received with remarks "left".

In Civil Appeal No. 2664/2017, service of notice on appellant Nos. 2 and 3 is complete, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Service on respondent No. 4 is incomplete.

In Civil Appeal No. 2681/2017, service on the sole appellant is not complete due to unserved cover received with postal remarks "no such person in this address".

Let effective steps be taken for completion of service of unserved parties within a period of two weeks.
