Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and perused the petition papers.
Though the respondent has entered on caveat, we see Positions need to call upon the respondents to respond as we are not $\begin{array}{c}\n\text{202--03} \ 19:08:11 \quad \text{IS} \ \text{19:08:11} \quad \text{IS} \ \text{19:08:11} \quad \text{IS} \ \text{19:08:11} \quad \text{IS} \ \text{19:08:11} \quad \text{IS} \ \text{19:08:11} \quad \text{IS} \ \text{19:08:11} \quad \text{IS} \ \text{19:08:11} \quad \text{IS} \ \text{19:08:11} \quad \text{IS} \ \text{19:08:11} \quad \text{IS} \ \text{19$ inclined to interfere with the order passed by the High Court.
SLP(C) No.16935/2022
At this stage, learned senior counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a tenant in the said building and also he has entered into an agreement to purchase the property.
In that regard, we express no opinion except to say that the petitioner may avail his remedies in that regard in accordance with law. Insofar as an appeal stated to be pending before the High Court regarding specific performance, the petitioner may file an appropriate application before the High Court seeking early hearing and the High Court may consider the same keeping in view its Board, if it is possible to be taken up at an early date.
With the above observations, the Special Leave Petition stands disposed of.
Pending applications shall also stand disposed of.
