The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.08.14 When the Hon'ble court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Permission to file Special Leave Petitions is granted. Issue notice, returnable on 15.09.2014. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Notice be issued through the standing counsel for the Medical Council of India. In the meantime, the operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment shall remain stayed."

It is submitted that accordingly returnable notice on 15.09.2014 was issued by Regd. AD as well as dasti and issued to all the 10 respondents and also through Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Adv. standing counsel of Medical Council of India to respondent Nos. 5 and 10. Mr. P.K. Jain, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No.1 in SLP(C) Nos. 2418124182/14 but counter affidavit is awaited.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 12.09.2014 filed affidavit of dasti service in SLP (C) Nos. 2418124182/14 stating therein that notices served on respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and respondent Nos. 2 and 9 did not accept dasti notice by hand in person, hence the same has been sent by speed post. Further, he also filed affidavit of service served on respondent No.5 through standing counsel for Medical council of India.

It is also submitted that there are five respondents in the matter. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service in SLP (C) Nos. 2418924190/14 stating therein that notices served on respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 and respondent Nos. 2 and 5 did not accept dasti notice by hand in person, hence the same has been sent by speed post (copy of affidaivit dasti enclosed). Ms. Arti Gupta, Adv. has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of R.No.1 in SLP(C) No.2418924190/2014 and Counter Affidavit is awaited. But no one has entered appearance on behalf of them except for respondent NO.1 in SLP(C) Nos. 2418182/14 and 24189190/14 in all the matters so far.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
