The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.09.2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List on 23.09.2014. Tag with SLP (C) No. 25411 of 2014. Notice be served through the standing for the State of Rajasthan."

It is submitted that in view of Hon'ble Court's order dated 18.09.2014 SLP (C ) No. 25411/2014 is tagged with instant matter.

It is also submitted that notice was issued through Ms. Ruchi Kohli standing Counsel of State of Rajasthan to Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 in SLP (C) 2418182/2014 also to Respondent Nos. 2 and 6 in 2418990/2014. Counsel for the Petitioner has on 19.09.2014 filed Affidavit of service alongwith Proof of Service in both the matters (i.e. 2418182 & 2418990/2014) after serving on standing counsel of State of Rajasthan. But no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has filed counter Affidavit. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith. Mr. Praveen Swarup, Adv. has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 3 viz. Rajasthan University of Health Science in SLP (C) No. 24181/2014 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Officer Report.
