As far as Special Leave Petition (C) Nos.8103 and 8372 of 2011, are concerned, the Registry is directed to see that the service is completed. In Special Leave Petition (C) No.11536 of 2011, it appears that process fee has not been filed along with sufficient number of copies for all the respondents. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that most of the said respondents are proforma respondents. He further submits that he will be filing an application within a week from date to have their names deleted from the cause title. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to put up a fresh note, once service is completed.
