UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Shri Sumeer Sodhi, learned counsel for the State, would point out that what is relevant is that the order passed by the learned Single Judge to be found in pages 87- 88 of the paper book has been confirmed. The latest position in regard to the steps taken towards implementing the directions as contained in pages 87-88 of the paper book shall be placed before this Court in the form of affidavits to be filed by the State as well as the Municipal Corporation (respondents). Such affidavit be placed on record within three weeks. List the matter on 17th January, 2022.
