Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners.

We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to avail the remedy in the manner known to law, in which case the observations made by both the Single Judge and Division Bench of the High Court will not come in the way.

The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
