Versus

It is submitted that I.A. No. 4 of 2015 in Writ Petition (C) 599 of 2015 was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 14.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"On mentioning, the matter is taken on Board.

Let a copy of Justice (Retd). Siri Jagan Commission report be supplied to all the counsel appearing for the parties in the matter."

Pursuant to above order, it is submitted that a copy of Justice (Retd). Siri Jagan Commission report was supplied to all the counsel appearing for the parties.

It is further submitted that the Writ Petition above-mentioned alongwith other connected matters was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20.07.2016 with office report dated 19.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to inter-alia pass the following order:-

" W.P. (C) No. 599/2015 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx Application for impleadment stands allowed."

Pursuant to aforesaid order, Cause Title has been ammened accordingly and the same stands included in the paper books.

Thereafter, the Interlocutory Application No. 4 in Writ Petition (C) No. 599 of 2015 was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 26.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Taken on board. List the matter in the next week."

It is submitted that Notice of Hearing for 05.08.2016 was issued to Mr. Anupam Tripathi, Petitioner-in-person through Special Messenger on 30.07.2016.

It is next submitted that Mr. C. K. Sasi, Advocate has on 28.07.2016 filed Memo of Appearance and on 03.08.2016 filed affidavit on behalf of State of Kerala in I.A. No. 4 with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the said affidavit is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The Interlocutory Application in Writ Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
