It is submitted that the application for direction ( I.A. No. 4) filed by Mr. V.K. Biju, Advocate in Writ Petition above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on 27.01.2016 with office report dated 23.01.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Post after four weeks along with W.P. (C) No. 808 of 2015."

It is submitted that Notice of Hearing for 29.02.2016 was issued to Mr. Anupam Tripathi, Petitioner-in-person through Registered A.D. on 28.01.2016. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice of hearing has been received back, so far.

It is next submitted that service of show cause notice in Writ Petition is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1-2 & 6-7.

It is lastly submitted that the Writ Petition (C) No. 599 of 2015 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.01.2015, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"List the matter on 9t h March, 2016."

W.P. (C) No. 808 of 2015

The Writ Petition alongwith applications above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on 27.01.2016 with office report dated 23.01.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Post after four weeks. Counter Affidavit, if any, be filed in the meantime."

Pursuant to above order, it is submitted that Ms. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has on 19.01.2016 & filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Union of India, Ministry of Women & Child Development (Respondent No. 2) with the permission of the Hon'ble Court. The said affidavit stands included in the paper books.

The Writ Petition along with applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
