Heard Mr. Grover, learned senior counsel for Federation of

India Animal Protection Organisations (PIAPO). The said petitioner was not a party to the impugned judgment. The impugned petition before the High Court was filed by the Animal Welfare Board. Learned counsel, who appears for the Animal Welfare Board in SLP (C) No.691 of 2009, submits that she would file a special leave petition assailing the correctness of the order passed by the High Court.
Liberty is granted to learned counsel for the Animal Welfare Board to file the special leave petition.
In view of the aforesaid, permission to file the present special leave petition is rejected.
