UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Civil Appeal No. 5988/2019 and Civil Appeal No. 5947/2019 are listed before the Court for hearing.

In I.A. No. 117316/2023 (Application for directions), it is urged by the learned counsel for the other side that copy of the application has not been supplied. Let a copy of the application be supplied by 13th July, 2023 and response to the said application be filed within two weeks.

Learned counsel appearing in I.A. No. 119871 and 119872/2023 in Civil Appeal No. 5947/2019 submits that he has filed applications on behalf of Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights asking for similar relief. A copy of the said applications be supplied to the other side by 13th July, 2023.

During the course of hearing, it has been pointed out by some of the intervenors, present in-person or through counsel, that their applications for intervention have some concrete suggestions to find out a solution to the present lis. Copies of these applications be also exchanged to the other side and pleadings be completed with respect to these applications within two weeks.

During hearing, we find that there are some applications pending in these two cases. Therefore, by the consensus of all the counsel present in the Court, we assign Ms. Manisha T. Karia, Advocate, to compile all the pending applications specifying relief prayed and any relevant orders passed in this case or any connected cases on the said issue along with reply of the parties.

One compilation of the statute, rules and regulations be also produced in this regard.

Needful be done within two weeks.

After compilation of these applications, reply and the relevant provisions of the rules, these applications will be taken up for hearing on the next date of hearing i.e., 16th August, 2023.
