The Writ Petition above-mentioned alongwith other connected matters was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.10.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass, inter-alia, the following order:-
"…......Mr. Anupam Tripathi, appearing in Writ Petition (C) No. 599 of 2015 is at liberty to file an affidavit containing photographs and reports.
xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx Let the all the special leave petitions and writ petitions 599 of 2015, except writ petitions Nos. 805 and 808 of 2015, be listed on 17.11.2016.
Let Writ Petition Nos. 805 and 808 of 2015 be listed after six weeks."
In pursuance of aforesaid order, it is submitted that Mr. Anupam Tripathi, Petitioner-in-person has on 04.10.2016 filed an application for permission to file additional document and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 11 of 2016 and stands included in the paper books.
It is next submitted that Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, Advocate has on 06.10.2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Hon'ble (Retd.) Justice S. Siri Jagan & other members of the Committee appointed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 05.04.2016 alongwith the second report. It is pointed out that some pages of the report are in vernacular language and the said report also stand included in the paper books.
Thereafter, I.A. Nos. 4, 9 & 10 in Writ Petition mentioned above were listed before the Court on 20.10.2016 with office report dated 18.10.2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
"The Committee that was appointed by this Court has submitted another interim report.
Let a copy of the report be supplied to learned counsel for the parties and Mr. Gaurav Agarwal, learned counsel shall supply a copy of the same to Mr. Dushyant Dave, learned Amicus Curiae.
Let the matter be listed on 17.11.2016. As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, the matter shall be taken up at 2.00 p.m."
Pursuant to aforesaid order, a copy of the second report submitted by Hon'ble (Retd.) Justice S. Siri Jagan was forwarded to all the appearing counsel, including Mr. Anupam Tripathi, Petitioner-in-Person vide this Registry's letter dated 26.10.2016. Furthermore, Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, Advocate has not filed the proof of service after serving the copy of the report on Mr. Dushyant Dave, Sr. Advocate (A.C.), so far.
It is next submitted that Mr. Satya Mitra, Advocate has on 07.11.2016 filed applications for impleadment and directions on behalf of Ms. Fizzah Shah along with Vakalatnama/Appearance. The said applications have been registered as I.A. Nos. 12 & 13 of 2016 and the same stand circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Mr. Ajit Sharma, Advocate has on 16.11.2016 filed application for directions with the permission of the Hon'ble Court on behalf of Federation of Indian Animal Protection Organization (FIAPO). The said applicant has already been impleaded as Respondent No.12 in the instant matter vide this Court's 12.08.2016 passed in I. A. No. 7. However, the said application is found to be defective for the reasons that (i) The supporting affidavit has been signed by Mr. Anuj Neemi, but it is not mentioned in which capacity he has singed the affidavit (ii) Writ Petition (C) No.599/2016, instead of 599/2015 has been mentioned on Page No. 1, Para 1 of the application (iii) Copy of the application has not been served upon Mr. Dushyant Dave, Sr. Advocate (A.C.), Mr. G. Prakash, Ms. Sujeeta Srivastava, Advocates & Central Agency Section. Accordingly, these defects have been communicated to Mr. Ajit Sharma, Advocate vide this Registry's letter dated 16.11.2016. Since the Hon'ble Court has already permitted to file the application, the same has been registered as I.A. No. 14 and stands circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
The Writ Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
