It is submitted that I.A. No. 4 of 2015 in Writ Petition mentioned above was listed before the Court on 12.08.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass, inter-alia, the following order:-
"..........Mr. Basant, learned senior counsel relying on the affidavit submits that the infra-structural facilities have already been made available to the Committee. If anything is lacking, that should be made good and the work of the Committee shall continue. If for reason of infra-structural provisions, the Committee is not in a position to proceed, the State shall be held responsible for the same. I.A. No. 7 of 2016
Heard Mr. Krishnan Venugopal, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant in I.A. No.7 of 2016. The Interlocutory Application is allowed. The newly respondent, Federation of Indian Animal Protection Organizations, may put forth its stand before the Committee.
Let the matter be listed on 20 t h September, 2016."
In pursuance of aforesaid order, a certified copy of the order was issued to all concerned including State of Kerala. Furthermore, cause title has been accordingly amended and included in the paper books.
It is further submitted that Mr. Anupam Tripathi, Petitioner-inperson has on 27.08.2016 filed additional documents. Subsequently, on 30.08.2016 he filed an application for permission to file additional document. However the same are defective for the reason that copy of both these documents have not been served on Central Agency Section. Accordingly, a letter dated 03.09.2016 has been issued to Mr. Anupam Tripathi to do the needful. The said application has been registered as I.A. No. 8 and since both, the application and additional documents are in separate volumes, the same are tagged and stand circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
The instant Writ Petition was 'mentioned' before the Hon'ble Court by Mr. Anupam Tripathi, Petitioner-in-person on 02.09.2016 when the Hon'ble Court directed to list the matter on 05.09.2016.
The Writ Petition alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
