OFFICE REPORT FOR PREFINAL HEARING MATTER

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.01.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Leave granted in all the SLPs. List and tag alongwith connected matter, number of which will be supplied by learned counsel for the petitioner."

It is submitted that Counsel for the appellant has not supplied the list of connected matters, therefore, the matters could not be tagged with other connected matters.

It is further submitted that there are five common respondents in all the matters. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are represented through Mr. Ajay Choudhary, Advocate. Respondent No. 5 has been served with AD Card but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is complete.

It is further submitted that Counsel for both the parties have not filed statement of case in all the matters despite this Registry's Notice dated 28.04.2015 and as per Supreme Court Rules, 2013 time for filing statement of case has already been expired.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report for prefinal hearing matter.
