The application for exemption from surrendering (Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 19264 of 2014) was listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchamber on 8th October, 2014 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:
"Application for exemption from surrendering is rejected.
Four weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to file proof of surrender failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court."
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 3rd November, 2014 filed proof of surrender. Copy of the same is included in the paper books.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 26th September, 2014 filed additional documents with application for exemption from official translation (Vol. II) which are registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 23291 of 2014 & 23292 of 2014. Copy of the same is placed below the Special Leave Petition Paper Books.
The matter abovementioned is, therefore listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office Report.
