UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard Mr. Manoj Prasad, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Anand Sanjay M. Nuli, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shushil Kr. Jain, learned senior counsel along with Mr. H. Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the respondents.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case and the order passed by the High Court, we are inclined to request the High Court to finally dispose of the Writ Appeal No.4368/2017 (LB-ELE) by 15th January, 2018. We are sure that the High Court will be alive to our request.
Till the writ appeal is disposed of, the interim order passed by this Court on 13th October, 2017, shall remain in force. We may hasten to add that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
The special leave petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
