The respondent Nos.1-4 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.5,6 & 11-19, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

The respondent Nos.7-10 have refused to receive dasti notice. This is not proper service. Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of those respondents within four weeks.

List the matter again on 10.08.2016.
