UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

IA Nos 71338 of 2022 & IA No 71340 of 2022

• 1 The services of the applicant-petitioner Nos 61 and 119 have been terminated on the ground of unsatisfactory performance. The validity of the termination cannot be enquired into in these proceedings which deal with a larger issue pertaining to the technical and other staff engaged at various consumer fora. The petitioners would be at liberty to follow such remedies as are available to them in law for challenging the termination before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
• 2 The Interlocutory Applications are accordingly dismissed.

• 1 In order to have a proper perspective in regard to the issues which are raised in the petition, we permit the impleadment of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. A copy of the petition shall be served on the Registrar of the NCDRC.
• 2 We would appreciate if the Hon'ble President of the NCDRC places the perspective of the NCDRC through counsel on the position of the technical and other staff in various consumer fora across the country.
• 3 List the Petition on 8 September 2022.
