UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
W.P. (C) 817/2021
Respondent nos. 1, 3, 11, 15, 18, 19, 20, 23, 26, 30, 31, 32,36 and 37 have filed counter-affidavit.
Respondent nos. 9 and 35 have filed counter-affidavit, however the same has been notified as defective. Four weeks' time is granted to cure the defects.
Application filed by respondent no. 10 seeking exemption from filing official translation is allowed and the counter-affidavit is taken on record.
Respondent nos. 4, 14, 16, 17, 21, 22, 24, 25 and 27 who have entered appearance may file counter-affidavit in terms of order dated 13th September, 2021 passed by the Hon'ble Court.
Service is complete on respondent nos. 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 28, 29, 33 and 34 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Respondent nos. 4 and 9 have not filed counter-affidavit despite being granted final opportunity on the earlier occasion; as such further opportunity stands declined.

Respondent no. 23 has filed counter-affidavit but the same has been notified as defective. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have already cured the defects. Office shall verify and update the records.
