UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos.1 and 20 have filed their short affidavit and reply affidavit respectively.

Respondent No.23 has filed counter affidavit.

Ld. counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4, 9, 10, 16 to 19, 22, 25, 26 and 32 have not filed their counter affidavit in terms of order of the Hon'ble Court dated 13.9.2021. In this regard, Ld. counsels appearing for respondent Nos.16, 18, 21 and 26 submit that they have not received copy of the pleadings. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner may serve copy of the pleadings upon the Ld. counsel appearing for the said respondents within a period of one week and file proof of service of pleadings within one week thereafter.

Ld. counsel appearing for respondent No.21 submits that they would be filing vakalatnama during the course of the day. Submission is taken on record.

Ld. counsel appearing for respondent No.14 prays for and is granted one week's time for filing vakalatnama.

Ld. counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks' time to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent Nos.3, 6, 11, 35 and 36. Upon such steps being taken, notices be issued at once.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.2, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 15, 24, 27 to 31, 33, 34 and 37, but none has entered appearance on their behalf.
