UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1 The petition under Article 32 has been instituted by contractual employees who are deputed to work as technical staff of various consumer fora. They seek a direction for absorption and regularization in terms of the National Policy framed by the e-Committee of the Supreme Court and the provision of appropriate benefits.
2 Issue notice, returnable in twelve weeks.
3 Liberty to serve the Central Agency, in addition.
4 Counter affidavit shall be filed within a period of six weeks from the date of service.
