There is a huge delay of 325 days in filing the instant petition for review of this Court's order dated 18.9.2013 by which the special leave petition filed by the petitioner(s) was dismissed. We do not find any justification to condone the said delay.

That apart, we have carefully perused the petition for review and the papers annexed in support thereof. We do not find any ground therein warranting review of the aforementioned order.

The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well on merits.
