UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard Ms. Indu Malhotra, learned senior counsel for the petitioner-Institution.

In the light of our order dated 22nd September, 2017 passed in M.A. No.1037 of 2017 in W.P.(C) No.76 of 2015 [Ashish Ranjan vs. Union of India], relief sought in this writ petition for conducting extended round of counseling for filling up vacant seats of super-speciality courses for the academic year 2017-2018 in the government and private medical colleges to all the eligible candidates who have qualified NEET-SS examination, cannot be countenanced. The same stands rejected.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
