SLP(C) No. 7598-7599/2015

Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.14 and 23 has filed the counter affidavit but has failed to file the vakalatnama. Four weeks time is granted to file the vakalatnama.

SLP(C) No. 28464-28466/2015

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the sole respondent in SLP(C) No. 28464/2015.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent in SLP(C) Nos. 28465-28466/2015 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. SLP(C) No. 28837/2015

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

SLP(C) Nos. 29618,29619 and 29621/2015

Four weeks time is given to the served respondents to file the counter affidavit.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

SLP(C) No. 29620/2015

The learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No. 35 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

Four weeks time is given to the served respondents to file the counter affidavit.

SLP(C) Nos. 7598-99/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 23 respondents in this matter. Mr. Balraj Dewan, Advocate has not filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 14 & 23 though he has filed counter affidavit on behalf of all the 23 respondents.

SLP(C) Nos. 28464-66/2015:-

It is submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice to sole respondent in SLP(C) No. 28464/2015 received. Service is already complete in SLP(C) Nos. 28464-66/2016 but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is not complete on sole respondent in SLP(C) No. 28464/2015.

SLP(C) No. 29618/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 10 respondents in this matter. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2, 6, 7 & 10 though served with notice. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to serve unserved respondent Nos. 3-5, 8, 9 so far.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 3-5, 8, 9.

SLP(C) No. 29619/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 6 respondents in this matter. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 4 & 5 though servied with notice. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to servce respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 6 so far.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 6.

SLP(C) No. 29620/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 36 respondents in this matter. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3-6, 10, 11, 15-19, 21, 23, 25-29, 31, 32 though served with notice. Counsel for the petitioner has neither filed fresh particular of respondent No. 36 nor taken fresh steps to serve respondent Nos. 1, 2, 7-9, 12-14, 20, 2, 24, 30, 33-36.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 1, 2, 7-9, 12-___, 20, 22, 24, 30, 33-36. SLP(C) No. 29621/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 25 respondents in this matter. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 10-12, 18, 22, 24 & 25 though served with notice. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to serve respondent Nos. 1, 2, 7-9, 13-17, 19-21 & 23.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 1, 2, 7-9, 13-17, 19-21 & 23.

SLP(C) No. 28837/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 5 respondents in this matter. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to seve respondent Nos. 1 to 5 so far.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 1 to 5.
