It is submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice to sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 28465/2015 has been received. No one has entered appearance on behalf of sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 28464/2015 and 28466/2015.

Service is not complete on sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 28464/2015.

SLP (C) NOS. 29618/2015

It is submitted that there are 10 respondents. Neither AD card nor unserved containing notice to Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 8 & 9 received so far. Service is complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 & 10 but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 8 & 9.

SLP (C) NOS. 29619/2015

It is submitted that there are 6 respondents. Neither AD card nor unserved containing notice to Respondent No. 6 received so far. Service is complete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 6.

SLP (C) NOS. 29620/2015

It is submitted that there are 36 respondents. Neither AD card nor unserved containing notice to Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 7-9, 12, 13, 22, 24 & 33-35 received so far. In respect of Respondent No. 36 letter acknowledge receipt notice has been received. No one has entered appearance on behalf of rest of respondents though served with notice.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 7-9, 12, 13, 22, 24 & 33-35.

SLP (C) NO. 29621/2015

It is submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 1, 7, 9 & 14-15 has been received. Service is complete on rest of respondents but no one has entered appearance.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 7, 9 & 14-15.

SLP (C) NOS. 28837/2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before Court of Ld. Registrar on 10.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to inter-alia pass the following Order:-

"SLP(C) No. 28837/2015

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps in the respect of the respondent Nos.1-5 despite opportunities given. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is submitted that perused to condonation of delay in filing spare copies by Hon'ble Judge in Chamber Order dated 02.09.2016 fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 was issued on 07.09.2016 by registered AD. AD cards duly signed by respondent Nos. 1 to 5 have been received but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is complete.
