"Taken on Board.

Issue notice returnable on 27th October, 2014. Mr. T. Harish Kumar, Mr. P. Sureshan and Mr. K.C. Dua, accept notice on behalf of the respondent.

In the meantime, the petitioner shall prepare a complete paper book which would contain all annexures, counter affidavit and rejoinder which had been filed in the High Court and copy of the paper book shall be served on the other side within one month from today.

In the meantime, there shall be ad interim stay of the operation of the common judgment and final order dated 19.8.2014 passed by the High Court of Madras in WA Nos. 696, 697/12 etc."

It is submitted that there two respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Mr. T. Harish Kumar, Advocate. In respect of respondent No. 2 service of notice is awaited.

It is further submitted that Mr. M. Yogesh Kanna, Advocate for the petitioner has on 16th October, 2014 filed additional documents and copy of the same is circulated herewith.
