UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Taken on Board.
Issue notice returnable on 27th October, 2014.
Mr. T. Harish Kumar, Mr. P.Sureshan and Mr. K.C.Dua, accept notice on behalf of the respondent.
In the meantime, the petitioner shall prepare a complete paper book which would contain all annexures, counter affidavit and rejoinder which had been filed in the High Court and copy of the paper book shall be served on the other side within one month from today.
In the meantime, there shall be ad interim stay of the operation of the common judgment and final order dated 19.8.2014 passed by the High Court of Madras in WA Nos. 696, 697/12 etc.
